One-on-One Coaching

During my training to become a coach, I myself had to experience coaching. To be honest with you, at times it was hard work. It was challenging at times figuring things out, reflecting on how I’ve impacted and influenced both positively and negatively my journey in life. Facing a few home truths. What are my patterns of behaviour I keep repeating that perhaps I’m unaware of? This can be a real eye opener.

It’s worth it. You’re worth it. I have a mantra get comfortable being uncomfortable because that how we can make great progress in many aspects of our life. I say this to myself because at times we need to push through our own personal barriers/boundaries together with barriers/boundaries that others may have imposed on us. How can I develop a greater awareness?

Coaching can at times reflect on the past in order to look forward to the life you want to lead. Where is your reality is right now? Where do you want to go? How can you get there? The journey to reach your intentions and goals is seeing challenges as being on the way, not in the way.

Come to our sessions with an intention or a goal that’s important to you at that point in time. No matter how big or small it is. It’s about what’s important to you.

I coach by the International Coaching Federation code of ethics which I will provide to you. These provide a clear outline of what is expected of my behaviour as a coach.

I’m not going to be the person to make changes in your life. You will be the person that takes charge and makes changes in your life and to lead yourself to where you want to be. My role is to support you to live the best life you want to lead.

If you would like to get in contact, please email me on pip@forwardlooking.com.au. We can arrange a Zoom or phone call to meet to see if you would like to work with me. If you are comfortable working with me, I will then email you an agreement about how we will work and the costs together with some resources for you to start reflecting on your journey of change. Once you have completed the resources, we will then have a discovery session of two hours, followed by sessions that are either 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours. This will be led by you.
