Group Coaching

Group coaching is working with groups of people to improve their health, wellbeing, personal strengths, self-efficacy, leadership qualities, team building and beyond. Group coaching benefits group members by improving their capacity to promote systems and strategic thinking. It can build proficiency in reflection, reframing, questioning, problem-solving planning, and time management.
Discussions and activities for the group bring different viewpoints, insights and knowledge to light that ultimately encourage learning, growth and complex problem-solving for each individual in the group.
