ABOUT US
Specialising in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses, we offer both face-to-face and online delivery.

Off-site, smaller training space (10 participants) can be made available on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This can be suitable for companies/organisations or for families that may be struggling to come to terms with a mental health illness in their family or a friend, and would like to learn mental health first aid with fewer participants.
We have extensive experience in the corporate environment with groups a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 20 participants. We can ‘fit’ any course to the industry.
My individual rate to deliver courses is competitive compared to providers. We have a group of MHFA instructors and can organise large groups of staff or cohorts to be trained at the same time or provide flexibility over a period of time.
When required, bespoke workshops from 2 hours to a day workshop can be developed to meet the specific needs of an organisation.
My course delivery style mirrors how an MHFA conversation would ideally take place. That is, we create a comfortable, casual and trusting environment where discussions can take place. Participants will feel at ease whilst we explore the misunderstandings, stigma and day to day challenges associated with mental health illnesses both in the workplace and in our personal lives – illnesses that we cannot always physically see, and perhaps do not understand.
We deliver the course with the attitude of having our own oxygen mask on first before helping others. Our participants complete the course having a greater self awareness about their own mental health with the knowledge and increased skills to help themselves and others.

ABOUT ME
Pip Cameron – Principal Master Instructor
Having a number of years’ experience delivering training courses, I possess a positive attitude, a strong sense of ethics, a sense of humour and bags of empathy. These qualities enable me to put participants at ease, to readily share information in a digestible and interesting way, and to engage participants. The result: my clients gain maximum insight and practical knowledge from the course.
I am a member of both AITD and AHRI and I volunteer as a crisis support worker for Lifeline, Youth Off the Streets and club captain at my local tennis club.
